Tony arrived at the MTC on Wednesday, May 19, all smiles with very little nerves showing, ready to begin this amazing journey of learning all things necessary to be a truly successful ambassador of the Lord. The family members on the other hand, while ready for him to spread his wings and serve, were trying hard to be stoic (chin up--blah, blah, blah)...not successful. Victor and Tony won't see each other for 3-1/2 years and the parting was heart ripping. We're all so proud of Tony. He blazes the trail and there is a constant prayer in our hearts for his success and happiness.
So happy to see you blogging about your boy!!! Thank you so much for having Ethan this past weekend! He LOVED being with you guys!!! And it was a treat for me to see you guys too! Sorry about the short Sunday and not finishing the dinner, but it was truly nice to get home and sleep in my own bed Sunday night!!! :)
